As part of its business strategy to provide superior support for its North American dealer network, and their customers, CLAAS of America has reorganized its Dealer Council to represent the full CLAAS product line: combines, forage harvesters, balers, hay tools and tractors. The council consists of 10 newly appointed members representing the company’s diverse sales channel.

Previously, CLAAS operated two North American Dealer Councils — one for combine dealers and another for forage and hay equipment dealers. The new organization provides a stronger network for building industry relationships through the council structure and also delivering a higher level of customer support and service.

“This strategic approach will allow CLAAS to strengthen our position as a long-line manufacturer of premium agricultural equipment,” says CLAAS of America President and General Manager – Sales, Eric Raby. “We are excited about this next step as the change reinforces our desire to grow our presence within our channel partners across all product segments.”

The new council consists of 10 dealer members: In Canada, the new members are Shane Tingley of Tingley’s Harvest Center and Julie Bosse of Bosse et Frere, Inc. In the U.S., the new members are Robb Vanderloop of Vanderloop Equipment, Inc., William Hoeft of Ziegler Inc., Randy Grimes of Peterson Machinery, Kyle Taylor of Taylor Implement Co, Inc., Scott Humble of Altorfer Inc., Jason Buckman of Whayne Supply, Chris Felosky of Monroe Tractor and Tom Healy of Burnips Equipment Co.
