BreatheSafe’s high-pressure air purification and pressurization system ensures that dust and debris is kept out of the cabins or cabinets of off-highway equipment. It reduces the operator’s exposure to hazardous airborne particulates (including inhalable and respirable dust).
The system actively monitors the differential pressure inside the cabin and the ambient environment to adjust the speed of the variable speed drive brushless motor. This maintains a preset level of over pressure (between 20 Pa and 50 Pa) in the cabin or electrical enclosure. It filters air entering the operating enclosure to maintain a preset positive pressure inside the cabin, removing dust to below 0.1 microns. To remove this dust, can’t be seen by the naked eye, the system uses a custom-designed long-life HEPA H14 filter.
