MTA's Revo Plus Selected for New MST Group Backhoe Loader

MTA, a multinational company, headquartered in Italy, known for the development and production of a wide range of electromechanical and electronic products for major OEMs, presents its Revo Plus dashboard for a backhoe loader recently introduced by the important Turkish MST group operating in the industrial, agricultural and construction sectors.

Revo Plus is MTA’s top-of-the-line dashboard, included in the company’s off-the-shelf electronic products developed in MTA Studio - a proprietary software for the personalization of displays, dashboards and control units, that allowed MST to tailor the device depending on the specific needs of its application.

MTA’s support to the customer was at different levels during all phases of product development, starting from the identification of the optimal dashboard for the excavator within MTA’s offer, to the graphic design of the dial plate printing and in the configuration of the picture and the telltales and then to the programming of the device by the MST staff, with hours of dedicated training. 

Revo Plus is a complete dashboard that combines the modern look of a striking 4.3 in. color TFT display with several indicator lights and the more traditional analog gauges. Beside the TFT, the dashboard features an analog RPM gauge and two analog gauges, showing water temperature and fuel level. In addition, the TFT has a fixed menu displaying basic information about machine function, and a scrolling menu. The product comes complete with 32 telltales and two CAN lines.

Revo Plus also stands out for its high protection rating, which makes it perfect for off-highway applications: IP67 for the front side and IP65 for the rear. Special anti-fingerprint and anti-reflection treatments allow moreover for a perfect visibility, even with direct sun light.

Revo Plus belongs to the increasingly range of MTA’s dashboards and displays configurable with MTA Studio Software. These products have hardware and software architectures that are very similar, but with a range of looks, sizes, numbers of LEDs, inputs and outputs, as well as different screen types to meet the needs of the off-highway world.
