Engineered Components & Systems Unveils New Corporate Identity

The company has changed its name to CentroMotion upon completion of the acquisition by One Rock Capital Partners.

Engineered Components & Systems (EC&S), previously a division of Actuant Corporation and recently acquired by an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (One Rock), announces it has changed its name to CentroMotion. CentroMotion is a global provider of advanced actuation and motion control [systems/solutions] encompassing six key brands: CrossControl, Elliott, Gits, maximatecc, Power-Packer and Weasler Engineering. The company will retain its headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, and continue to be led by Roger Roundhouse, who has been named CEO.
