T/CCI Mfg. Opens New Facility in Argentina

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in Latin America have a new option available for sourcing locally produced air conditioning compressors for their products. T/CCI Manufacturing, a Decatur, IL, headquartered company specializing in the design and manufacture of heavy-duty air conditioning compressors, has opened a new facility in Cordoba, Argentina, to serve regional needs. With T/CCI’s global locations and logistics network, it offers a highly competitive price for LATAM OEMs when it comes to sourcing industry leading air conditioning compressor options. 

In particular, Argentina requires that all automotive manufacturers maintain a trade balance with neighboring countries for components making up a final product. T/CCI’s locally produced products help them to maintain the balance in trade they are working to achieve. “The T/CCI Argentina facility provides benefit opportunities for us including reduced lead-times, reduced inventory levels, and important component savings that translate as a direct benefit to our customers,” says Cairbar Santos, Industrial Director, Spheros Brazil.
