- Used in industrial production, food/beverage, chemical controllers process, outdoor wireless, Bluetooth adapters, diagnostic and test instruments, oil/gas and factory automation applications
- Robust internal components housed in black plastic and nickel-plated zinc die-cast with a bayonet locking termination rated to IEC 61076-3-106 specifications
- Interface meets IP67 requirements when a mating connector is inserted or when covered with a secured protective cap
- USB 2.0 plug set is available for the cable side and there are also preassembled patch cords available in various IP protection designs and lengths
- Connector contacts are phosphor bronze and gold-plated with a contact resistance rated at a maximum 30mΩ and insulation resistance of 500mΩ
- Current ratings are 1.5A maximum at 25 C
- Operating temperature ranges from -40 to 85 C
- Product line includes a variety of panel-mounted receptacles, mating plugs, protective caps, and pre-terminated jumper cables, including jackets suitable for outdoor use
- The IP67 USB connectors ensure a continuously secure dust and weatherproof connection in addition to being sealed for a watertight connection
