tecsis LP offers the Model XLP58, a precision low profile “pancake” load cell capable of measuring force in both tension and compression.

  • Bonded foil, strain gauge design
  • Engineered for rugged use with all-welded construction to provide rigidness that resists off-center and side loading
  • Available in industry-standard sizes and bolt patterns to be incorporated into a wide range of applications
  • Low-profile design is available in sizes from 2.5-14 in. (6.35-35.6 cm) in diameter
  • Able to measure loads from 5-500,000 lbs. (2.3-226,796.2 kg) with exceptional non-linearity, hysteresis and repeatability specifications
  • Rugged, welded stainless steel construction provides ultimate overload of 300% of capacity and 150% safe overload
  • Standard output is 2 or 3 mV/V, based on range, or amplified to 0-5V DC or 4-20mA
  • Available with IECEx or CSA approved amplifier
  • Operating temperature is -65-250 F (-53.9-121.1 C), compensated from 60-160 F (15.6-71.1 C)
  • Offered with optional pull plates, built-in amplifiers, load buttons and dual bridge configurations
  • Diameter of center through-hole is customer-specified and can be threaded if desired
