Eck Industries names new CEO

The Board of Directors of Eck Industries Inc. have named Ben Grigg as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2, 2015.

Prior to joining Eck Industries Inc., Grigg was the President/CEO of Aarrowcast Inc., an iron foundry in Shawano, WI. Grigg initiated and led the company turnaround and growth by developing employee communications, training and safety programs, and developed specific salaried responsibilities targeting improvements in Quality Systems, Productivity, Maintenance, Environmental Systems and Safety. “We welcome Ben’s vast foundry experience and business discipline,” says Philip Eck, President of Eck Industries. “In this role as the Chief Executive, Ben will be responsible in leading Eck’s growth and its ability to better serve its customers through improvements in project management, processing and delivery.”

Grigg also served on the Bay Area Workforce Development Board, the Educational Attainment Committee for NWTC, and is an active member of TEC III in Green Bay, WI. Grigg is a former director of AFS SE Regional Chapter; a former member of the ASQ Educational Committee; a prior graduate of Leadership Greenwood; and is a graduate of Northern Michigan University.
