Multi-Wing has expanded its line of O-PMAX One-Piece Molded Fans, which includes the O-PMAX2, O-PMAX3 and O-PMAX4 models.
- Designed for equipment with compact engine compartments, such as skid steers, construction equipment, mobile compressors, loaders and others
- Fixed-pitch angle design
- Delivers high-pressure, outstanding performance and efficiency with reduced power consumption and noise
- Blades are constructed of glass-reinforced polyamide (PAG) with an operating temperature range from -40-230 F (-40-110 C)
- Compatible with bimetal or E-visco fan clutches
O-PMAX2
- Diameter range of 14-20 in. (360-520 mm)
- Operating speeds up to 4,585 rpm for the maximum-diameter fan
- Offered with cup-shaped mounting plate version to keep the total width as narrow as possible
- 19-in. (480-mm) version has axial depth of just 2.80 in. (71 mm)
O-PMAX3 fan
- Diameter range from 17-23.6 in. (432-600 mm)
- Performance testing of 7-blade fan at 1,400 rpm shows 5% increase in airflow and 4% increase in pressure compared to a competitive fan
- Maximum axial depth of 3.74 in. (95 mm) and operating speed up to 3,450 rpm for the largest-diameter fan
- Available with a 0.86-in. (22-mm) pilot for easy machining to different flange and pulley sizes
O-PMAX4 fan
- Diameter range from 23.6-30 in. (600-762 mm)
- Performance testing of 11-blade One-Piece Molded version compared to competitive fan shows an increase in airflow up to 2.3%
- Achieves 4.2% higher pressure and 2 dB(A) lower noise emissions
- Strong and high-pressure solution with excellent efficiency for engine cooling applications
- Largest diameter version has operating speeds up to 2,426 rpm
- Cup-shaped mounting plate version is available to keep total width as minimal as possible
