Motor Components LLC recently introduced a line of clear, screw-on fuel filters designed specifically for use with its CUBE and POSI-FLO solid state fuel pumps.

- Clear housing allows operators and mechanics to inspect fuel filter in-line, saving time and money
- Operators can change filter when it’s consumed rather than dissembling part of the fuel system to inspect it
- Allows for easier installation and maintenance
- Quickly installs directly to the inlet of the fuel pump
- Installation requires one fuel hose and two clamps rather than two fuel hoses and four clamps traditionally needed to install in-line fuel filters from tank to pump
- Eliminates potential air and fuel leaks in fuel system, protecting fuel pump and helping avoid warranty issues
- Supports use of larger fuel filters in diesel engine applications
- Four models available
- Features high quality nylon with polyester mesh filter
- Hose barb sizes are 5/16 in. (0.79 cm), 3/8 in. (0.95 cm), 1/2 in. (1.27 cm) and SAEJ2044
- Provides eight times more total volume area than Facet/Purolator’s original 479735 fuel filter
- Features 74 micron rating
- UL listed
- Compatible with gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, E85 and fuel additives
- Meets strict requirements of clean fuel systems
