Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announces Astrid Mozes as president – Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the Hydraulics Group effective January 2011. A search to find a successor for Mozes as senior vice president and general manager – Power and Motion Control Division is underway.
Mozes will report to William R. VanArsdale, president of Eaton’s Hydraulics Group and will relocate to Morges, Switzerland. She will oversee the group's sales, marketing and operations infrastructure in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
“Astrid’s experience will be a great asset as she works to strengthen our capabilities and position in this important region,” VanArsdale said.
Before serving as senior vice president and general manager – Power and Motion Control division, Mozes was vice president and general manager – Controls Division and manager – Business Development, Hydraulics Group.
Mozes holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
