At the Agritechnica 2013 trade fair HAWE Hydraulik SE from Munich showcased control solutions for a wide variety of agricultural machines: tractors, combine harvesters, silage trailers and many more. Over the last few years the market for agricultural and forestry equipment has become one of five key markets HAWE is focusing on. Decades of experience with projects for mobile work machines have furthered this approach, as it is above all components that have proven their worth in vibration-prone applications, such as concrete pumps, that are now deployed in solutions for agricultural equipment.
The latest exemplary developments include hoist controls for tractors, pressure regulators for the cutter bar of combine harvesters, track width adjusters in field sprayers or safety concepts for telescopic arm controls. All of these were on display at Agritechnica 2013. HAWE's control solutions follow a modular concept to provide the flexibility machine manufacturers need to meet the requirements of their end-customers. On request, HAWE Hydraulik delivers complete solutions with electro-hydraulic valve controls, variable or fixed displacement pump as well as motors and electronic controls. Particularly advantageous is the use of steel for all pressurized components, as it makes the components sturdy, pressure-resistant and long-lasting. In addition, build sizes remain compact so that the hydraulic controls can be mounted inside the machine's housing or as close as possible to the hydraulic consumers.
HAWE Hydraulik also gave an expert lecture on "Hoist controls for mobile work machines: multiple functions, including floating and pressure control functions."
