The addition of upper and lower performance range models have enhanced HAWE’s pump portfolio. With working pressures up to 400 bar and peak pressures reaching 450 bar, HAWE Hydraulics can better tailor the oil supply needs of manufactures in the mobile machine sector. In addition to size variations, a swashplate construction principle provides the required displacement volume without over or under-dimensioning the pump output. Intelligent controls enable hydraulic solutions to support energy efficiency in mobile machines and also comply with Tier 4 emission regulations.
The new V60N-130 pump type is a member of the well-established V60N Series, but this pump in particular sets new standards in terms of life cycle, efficiency and control accuracy. The pump is equipped with a wide variety of option controls, flanges and adaptions to connect additional pumps to the thru shaft. It is the only axial piston pump of its size to offer a serial built-in performance controller as protection against overloading the utility vehicle's transmission.
Axial piston pumps are suitable for usage in construction machines, concrete pumps, public transport and utility vehicles, waste disposal trucks, cranes, forestry vehicles and numerous other machines. The pumps prove their merit in load-sensing systems, where hydraulic applications with different pressure levels and/or variable volume flows have to be supplied.
HAWE’s line of modular products allow combinations of axial piston pumps, proportional directional seated valves, load-holding valves, sensors or electronic valve controls to provide customer-specific and fine-tuned hydraulic solutions.
