The North American trucking market has just exited a year of placid conditions after the free-for-all of 2014. This year (2016) is starting smoothly, but a set of exposures are looming that could disrupt that comfortable equilibrium. Carrier executives and shippers alike may have to go back to their drawing boards and work up new plans. FTR's truck and transportation expert Noël Perry will identify those exposures and the likely outcomes if and when they occur during this State of Freight webinar scheduled for Thursday, February 11 at 11 a.m. EDT.
Perry will explore a variety of topics including freight demand, capacity utilization, regulation, pricing and downside exposures.
As Perry notes, “2016 and 2017 could go down as the most dynamic years of this decade…and that’s saying something. You don’t want to be caught unawares.”
This is a 30-minute webinar moderated by Eric Starks, CEO of FTR. Participant Q&A session will be held after the presentation.
