Meritor Inc. has expanded its ProTec product portfolio for global defense markets with the introduction of the 3400 eISAS electric independent suspension.

  • For tactical and combat vehicles
  • Gross axle weight rating (GAWR) up to 14,330 lbs. (6.5 metric tons)
  • Includes single or multispeed gearbox options to deliver low- and high-speed ranges
  • Helical gearbox design offers efficient and quiet operation
  • Delivers 160-320 kW (214.6-429.1 hp) of continuous power and 300-600 kW (402.3-804.6 hp) of peak power
  • Engineered to handle maximum regenerative braking, allowing it to charge its batteries while decelerating and braking
