The PTO350XP was designed in response to what OEMs and operators have been asking for: more power, better sideload capability, and easier service in tough applications like crushing, chipping, shredding, and recycling. It’s an all‑in‑one system with a vertical, factory‑configured design that simplifies installation and reduces complexity.
Key specs include:
- Maximum input power: 883 kW (1200 hp) at 1800 rpm continuous‑duty
- Input: direct engine mounting to bell housing J617 SAE 0 and SAE 1 with optional flexible engine coupling
- Main output: hydraulic wet-running plate clutch with transferable torque up to 8000 Nm (5900 ft-lb). Option for integrated stationary brake. Side load capacity up to 65 kN
- 4 x PTOs available: front 2 x SAE A/B/C/D/E; back 2 x SAE B/C PTO gear ratios 1:1 & 0.85:1 PTO power total 405 kW (550hp), single pad 330kW (450 hp)
- Lubrication: internal oil sump, integrated oil pump and pressure lubrication
- Optional accessories: clutch controller with CANbus interface, oil filter and cooler
