AT&F, a recognized leader in steel fabricating, is celebrating 75 years in the industry with the strategic acquisition of Manitowoc, WI-based HMF (Heavy Metal Fabricators). The HMF facility is 60,000 square feet, provides 60-ton crane capacity, and hosts large-scale cutting, welding and machining operations.

Acquiring the new facility will allow AT&F to expand its operations into the Midwest.

"The capabilities and experience that exist at the facility are a great complement to the operations we have in Ohio and elsewhere," says Michael Ripich, AT&F President and CEO. "This location will put us closer to several of our key customers and prospects located in the region."

Ripich adds, "The facility will operate under the AT&F name and with AT&F management, leveraging our decades of precision fabrication experience. As AT&F says and does around the world, 'We Invest in Customer Success.'"
