CNH Names Materazzo Chief Manufacturing Officer, Worthen Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Carlo Materazzo will lead global agriculture industrial operations while Britton Worthen will oversee legal strategy and corporate governance for the equipment manufacturer.

CNH has announced the appointments of Carlo Materazzo as chief manufacturing officer and Britton Worthen as chief legal and compliance officer to its Global Leadership Team, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

As chief manufacturing officer, Materazzo will be responsible for global agriculture industrial operations across five regions and 15 countries. He brings more than 20 years of international experience in manufacturing, operations and logistics to the role.

Worthen joins CNH with extensive experience in legal strategy, compliance and corporate governance. As chief legal and compliance officer, he will advise the company's governing bodies on key legal issues and risks. He will also serve as board secretary to the CNH Board of Directors.

Roberto Russo, the current chief legal and compliance officer and board secretary, will retire from the position. Carlos Santiago will also depart from the manufacturing organization.
