Visitors to the 24th annual Commodity Classic 2019, in Orlando, FL, will have the opportunity to find out more about Agritechnica, the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural machinery. Agritechnica takes place in November 2019 and is a bi-annual trade fair in Hanover, Germany. At Commodity Classic visitors are welcome to visit Agritechnica booth number 2984 to get details on Agritechnica.
Representatives from Agritechnica’s organizer, DLG (German Agricultural Society), will be present at Commodity Classic, America’s largest farmer-led and farmer-focused convention and trade show, which takes place at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, from February 28th to March 2. They will provide detailed information on the program for this year’s exhibition, and how farmers and industry experts can attend.
From a total of over 450,000 visitors Agritechnica attracted almost 110,000 international visitors in 2017, including 3,500 from North America. Commodity Classic attracted 8,000 visitors last year, and as 75% of them self-identify as early adopters of new products and techniques, they could be interested in the innovations presented at Agritechnica 2019 in November this year.
Area Manager for North and South America, Sandra Willer, says the organization started promoting Agritechnica at Commodity Classics 10 years ago as this provided an opportunity to meet companies, professional agricultural organizations, media and opinion-leading farmers in the U.S. and talk to them about Agritechnica and what DLG stands for.
“Our ethos of knowledge-sharing and an exhibition is the perfect platform to do this. Our extensive network provides Agritechnica with its unique blend of astute and timely technical innovations, presented in a way that gives North American farmers a broad overview of the solutions available, and that obviously aids decision-making.”
Agritechnica 2019 will offer an unparalleled range of agricultural solutions well-suited to farmers from across North America. Two years ago there were 2,800 exhibitors meaning that visitors will be able to discover for themselves the latest and most comprehensive range of equipment and solutions, from tractors and harvesters to implements for cultivation, sowing, fertilizer application and crop protection.
“Indeed, leading manufacturers time their innovation cycles and product launches to coincide with Agritechnica, and more than 300 innovations were registered in 2017,” says Willer. “With innovations being introduced at an ever-faster rate, climate change and booming digitalisation, there is a high demand for information and the global exchange of ideas is becoming increasingly important. A visit to Agritechnica will expand your own horizon and your network enormously.”
Held at the world’s largest exhibition center, at Hanover, Germany, Agritechnica 2019 will take place from November 10-16 (with special preview days on 10 and 11 November).
