Nick Delihas, a 30-year veteran of Shaw Development, has been promoted to vice president of OEM Sales. Delihas's extensive experience which includes Director level positions in Product Development, Engineering, Sales plus more has a deep understanding of Shaw’s customer needs, product development, engineering & customer care which makes him uniquely qualified to lead our OEM sales team. His promotion underscores our commitment to leveraging internal talent to drive growth and innovation.
Aaron Schwass joins the Shaw Development Group as th vice president of the Aftermarket Group. Schwass brings a wealth of experience from the heavyduty trucking industry, having previously served as vice president of the wheel end business at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, LLC. Schwass will focus on better serving our aftermarket customers and ensuring exceptional service standards across this critical segment.
