Midwest Motion Products Inc. announces the release of the MMP LA3-12V-5-A-SP-100 Linear Actuator.

• Utilizes all-steel drive pinion, increasing force capacity while maintaining 5:1 reduction ratio to maintain rapid 2 in. (50.8 mm) per second stroke speed
• Robust design
• Maintains relatively low noise profile
• Features IP65 protection rating to prevent ingress of moisture and other contaminants
• Stroke length is 4 in. (101.6 mm) overall
• Available with 2 in. (50.8 mm), 6 in. (152.4 mm), 8 in. (203.2 mm), 10 in. (254 mm) and 12 in. (304.8 mm) stroke lengths
• Features 8 mm (0.3 in.) diameter clevis mounts on both ends, and built-in limit switches for both (full extend and full retract) ends of travel
• Operating temperature range is –26-65 C (-14.8-149 F)
• Acme screw drive allows for 517 lbs. (234.5 kg) of static load, while boasting 45 lb. (20.4 kg) dynamic load rating
