The Micronor MR398-JB Series Fiber Optic Junction Boxes (FOJB) are designed to join two fiber optic cables and environmentally protect the connection.
- Provides turn-key solution for installing and interconnecting fiber optic links in support of Micronor's various fiber optic encoder and sensor products
- Can be used with any generic fiber optic application requiring environmental protection
- Seal incoming cables while accommodating varying diameter of fiber cables that might be used in the field
- Sealing is accomplished by building up cable jacket to the desired 12.4 mm of the cable glands employed
- Thru-hole of the cable gland is sufficient to allow insertion of Duplex LC or ST connectors
- Accepts Duplex LC, ST and ODVA Industrial Duplex LC
- Other connector types, as well as multifiber breakout and festoon cables, also available upon request
- Can be used in communications and networking applications where fiber optic link needs to be installed in a harsh environment
