New research conducted by Hella and Hamburg University finds the use of LED lighting can improve the driving experience for both vehicle operators and passengers.

Recent research conducted by Hella and Hamburg University indicates the use of LEDs for vehicle lighting can help enhance the driving experience. Researchers found that different colors impacted driver and passenger comfort levels as well as emotions.

Hella believes the results found through this research will lead to an increased use of ambient LED lighting in the interior of vehicles.
