Eberspaecher will introduce the Zeliox NEO 3600, an all-in-one energy management system for mobile power supply, at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026. The system is designed to provide reliable power for thermal management, construction tools and sensitive electronics in mobile service operations.

The Zeliox NEO 3600 utilizes 48-volt technology, which allows for thinner cables and lighter battery packs compared to traditional configurations. This design is intended to transmit more energy with lower losses, making it suitable for energy-intensive onboard devices. The energy management system can be integrated with 12-, 24-, 48- or 230-volt solutions.

The system features multiple charging methods to ensure power availability regardless of location. It can be charged via the vehicle's generator using a fast DC/DC charging booster. Alternatively, the integrated MPPT charge controller allows for the use of shore power or solar panels.

For expanded functionality, a Zeliox Control Module can be added as a connection box. Connected directly to the battery, it divides the current into six individually programmable channels. This allows operators to select specific outputs for tools, work lights or battery charging stations.

System information is accessible through an integrated high-resolution color display on the device. Eberspaecher has also included app-based control via Bluetooth and a new 4G connection for remote access. The application provides real-time data on battery status, power consumption and system alerts.

The Zeliox NEO 3600 follows a joint venture agreement between Eberspaecher and Zeliox. The product will be on display from March 3 to 7 at Booth S-82919 in Hall 3–4 during CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026.

Eberspaecher is a system developer and supplier for exhaust technology, automotive electronics and thermal management. The company employs approximately 10,700 people at 80 locations worldwide.
