SBG Systems presents Ekinox Series, a product range of tactical grade inertial systems which brings robust and cost-effective MEMS to the Fiber Optic Gyro (FOG) level.
- Series consists of two ITAR Free models
- Ekinox AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System) provides 0.05 degree 3D Attitude over 360 degrees and 5 cm heave, surge and sway
- Ekinox INS (Inertial Navigation System) delivers additional 2 cm position due to embedded GNSS receiver
- Up to four external aiding equipments can be simultaneously connected to Ekinox INS, including RTK GNSS, Odometer, DVL, EM Log, etc. to further enhance performance
- Brings robust, maintenance-free and cost-effective MEMS technology to FOG accuracy
- High-end MEMS sensors, advanced calibration procedure and powerful algorithm design allow achievement of 0.05 degrees attitude in compact and affordable package
- For use in harsh environments and high demanding applications
- IP68 enclosure is constructed of aluminum
- Outputs data at 200 Hz, with 3 millisecond latency
- Offers very low noise on Euler Angles (< 0.03 degrees)
- All data can be recorded into the 4 GB internal data logger, displayed in real-time throughout an intuitive embedded interface and analyzed in the sbgCenter software
- Includes specific error-correction models to achieve optimized performance
