Eaton’s KBS series valves are designed to support both centralized and distributed axis control architectures.
- Features programmable onboard electronics
- Integral spool Linear Voltage Differential Transformer (LVDT) sensors provide precise, accurate, responsive axis control capabilities
- Available in ISO-3 and ISO-5 sizes
- ISO-5 is flow rated at 100 LPM (26.4 gpm) with maximum flow of 180 lpm (47.6 gpm) and 100Hz bandwith
- ISO-3 valves has flow rating of 40 LPM (10.6 gpm), maximum flow of 75 lpm (19.8 gpm) and 150 Hz bandwith
- Includes 350 Bar (5,075 psi) rated A- and B-ports and 250 Bar (3,625 psi) rated T-ports
- Provides four levels of control capability in a modular design
- Available with CanOpen field bus communication and control capability, range of sensor inputs, or embedded on-board sensor capability and LED status indicators
- Features IP65 and IP67 protection against dirt and moisture ingression, and 85 C ambient temperature rating
- Applications include test simulation, blow molding, wind turbine control, metal forming, pulp and paper machinery, and primary metals production
