HAWE Hydraulik SE has a range of valve banks for tractors that control the height and contact pressure of tractor-mounted implements.

  • Allows farmers to mow and harvest efficiently, and distribute seeds and fertilizer evenly
  • Electro-proportional technology enables greater precision than with mechanical weight relief
  • Only supplies flow rate necessary for the control process to save fuel
  • Hydraulic control is switched to floating position when towing implements
  • Both sides of cylinder are then connected to the return pipe and the piston rod is free to move under external forces
  • It is also possible to implement a proportionally dampened system using controlled load-holding valves
  • Valve outlets are leakage-free when not actuated, avoiding a creeping lowering of implements
  • Simple actuation of hoisting unit via plunger cylinders merely lifts the implement while the unit’s dead weight lowers it
  • Connection block that comes complete with system pressure relief valves and an optional pressure compensator for constant displacement pump systems is included to actuate the lifting cylinder
  • Integrated zero-leakage proportional directional seated valve performs lifting and lowering movements with low pressure losses, allowing rapid lowering without loads
