Registration for FTR’s 12th annual Transportation Conference scheduled for September 13-15 in Indianapolis is now open. FTR’s annual conference is recognized for delivering the most complete and comprehensive outlook on freight transportation in North America. Attendees receive in-depth information from industry leaders on all the surface freight transport modes. Presentations and panel discussions will cover the economy, freight demand, competition between modes, carrier & shipper behavior, and demand for new transport equipment.
The conference offers content channels to help guide attendees towards the sessions most appropriate to their business needs. The four channels are State of Freight, Shippers, Brokers, & Carriers, Rail Equipment, and Commercial Vehicles. Over 50 industry thought leaders will present on current topics within each of these tracks.
“The conference continues to grow, both in attendees and industry importance,” says Eric Starks, CEO of FTR. “This year we will continue to bring together many of the brightest thought leaders in the transportation industry. There are big changes on the horizon for freight transportation, and we are proud to help lead discussions on how companies are dealing with these changes. Not only will attendees be able to network with transportation professionals from all parts of the supply chain, but they will return from the conference with actionable information for their businesses.
“The content channels help attendees maximize the conference. We make sure that everyone understands the economic situation and its overall impact on freight and equipment demand in the State of Freight channel. Attendees will then be able to a deep dive into the issues affecting their business in the concurrent sessions which start on day one and continue on day two.”
The FTR conference is the premier forecasting event of the industry offering insights, knowledge, and strategic networking opportunities.
