Regal Rexnord Corporation has appointed Aamir Paul as its next chief executive officer, with a start date no later than July 1, 2026. Paul, 48, currently serves as president of North America for Schneider Electric SE, where he oversees a $17 billion business with more than 43,000 employees and 35 manufacturing facilities.
The appointment follows a comprehensive search initiated by Regal Rexnord's board of directors in October 2025 to identify a successor to current CEO Louis Pinkham. Pinkham will remain in his role until Paul's start date to ensure continuity during the leadership transition. Both Pinkham and Paul will serve on the board of directors during their respective tenures as CEO.
Paul brings more than two decades of experience in sales, strategy and operations management. Since joining Schneider Electric in 2013, he has held multiple senior leadership positions across sales, business operations and commercial execution. He assumed leadership of the North America business in 2022 and joined the company's executive committee, subsequently driving double-digit growth through 2025.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Paul spent 13 years at Dell Technologies in progressively senior sales roles, ultimately serving as senior vice president of global server solutions sales. In this position, he led Dell's worldwide go-to-market strategy for servers and oversaw global sales for data center solutions and high-performance computing.
Paul holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University and has completed advanced management studies at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and INSEAD. He currently serves on the board of USG Corporation, a privately held building materials manufacturer, as well as industry organizations including the National Association of Manufacturers, the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, the National Association of Electrical Distributors and the Executives' Club of Chicago.
