Italian lithium battery manufacturer Flash Battery and Swedish system integrator ETP AB have announced a strategic partnership to support the electrification of industrial machinery and electric vehicles across the Nordic region.
The agreement focuses on providing original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with an integrated approach where lithium batteries, power electronics and software are engineered as a single system. By combining these components into a cohesive architecture, the companies aim to reduce engineering complexity and accelerate development cycles for electrified applications.
The partnership marks a further expansion of Flash Battery’s European network of system integration partners, which currently includes collaborations in Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Founded in 1978 and part of the Volito Industry Group, ETP specializes in electric drivetrains, hydraulics and mechatronic solutions. The company supports OEMs through the design, integration and validation phases of industrial applications.

The collaboration will target a wide range of industrial sectors, including construction, agriculture, material handling, marine, airport ground support equipment and other heavy-duty applications.
Flash Battery manages its entire production process in-house at its headquarters in Reggio Emilia, Italy. The company’s proprietary cloud platform, Flash Data Center, uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to monitor performance and enable predictive maintenance for more than 30,000 battery packs installed worldwide.
