Honeywell introduces its SS39ET series of Linear Hall-effect Sensor Integrated Circuits.

Honeywell is extending its Linear Hall-effect Sensor Integrated Circuits (IC) product line with the addition of the SS39ET Series.

  • Features subminiature SOT-23 surface mount package (tape and reel format)
  • Subminiature footprint takes up less space on PC board, allowing more design flexibility 
  • Monitors magnetic fields from permanent magnet or electromagnet
  • Responds to both North and South poles
  • Can be powered with voltages as low as 2.7V
  • Offers temperature range of -40 C to 100 C (-40 F to 212 F) for use in many environments
  • Thermally balanced, integrated circuit provides stable operation over full temperature range
  • Thin film resistors improve accuracy and provide stable output
  • Energy-efficient, low current consumption of 6 mA at 5V DC and 2.7V DC to 6.5V DC supply voltage range allow circuit design flexibility
