HBM T40CB High-Speed Torque Transducer

Measurement technology expert HBM has launched the T40CB torque transducer.

• Features central bore hole that suits testing parts in confined spaces
• Two variants available, one which measures 49 mm (1.9 in.) in length with central bore hole diameter measuring 37.5 mm (1.5 in.)
• Second available version measures 54 mm (2.1 in.) in length with 46.5 mm (1.8 in.) diameter central bore hole
• Operates at speeds up to 30,000 rpm
• Nominal torque of 500 Nm (368.8 lb.-ft.)
• Provides flexible and user-friendly design for carrying out application tests on parts, such as coaxial transmissions or gearboxes
• Operates on HBM’s well-established T40 electronics which boast accuracy class of 0.05 and excellent linearity, ensuring accurate and reliable results
• Features analogue and digital interfaces which ensure integration with many different test bench systems
