According to the South African Agricultural Machinery Association (Samma), farm equipment sales in South Africa have improved over the past year, though experts do not expect full year sales to be higher than 2011 sales.
In March 645 tractors were sold in the country, providing a 13% increase over March 2011. Currently year-to-date 2012 sales are 37% higher than 2011.
