As we approach the end of 2015, FTR’s Larry Gross takes a look back to see what 2015 has taught us about the freight transportation situation. This State of Freight webinar is scheduled for Thursday, December 10, at 11:00 a.m. EST.
During this 30-minute webinar, Gross will identify the four lessons learned during 2015, ranging from the need to keep an eye on the government to the ability of the transportation industry to turn on a dime. He will explore the data behind such issues as government regulations, the transportation bill, declines in rail carload, the strong U.S. dollar, and more.
According to Gross, “Performance of the freight transportation market has been full of surprises, and the only thing we know for certain is change. We are in a volatile world, and freight transportation has thrown us plenty of curves. 2016 looks as though it will bring more of the same as the potential range of outcomes is unusually wide.”
This webinar will be moderated by FTR President Eric Starks. Participant Q&A session will be held after the presentation.
