Einride, a Swedish tech start-up, has unveiled its Autonomous, all-electric logging truck known as T-log.
“With the T-log, we’ve created a vehicle that can withstand the rigors of a demanding environment,” said Robert Falck, CEO of Einride.
The truck is powered by the Nvidia Drive self-driving platform, enabling SAE level 4 self-driving capabilities.
Cameras, lidar and radar sensors provide 360-degree visibility to ensure safety by eliminating blind spots and dead angles.
Connection to intelligent routing software provides the T-log with real-time traffic data so it can adjust its route to avoid congestion.
Einride hopes to have the T-log on roadways by 2020.
