The QG Series of inclination sensors from DIS Sensors measure angles in 1 or 2 axes.
- Based on robust MEMS technology in which capacitance differences can be converted into an analogue voltage within a micro-mechanical sensor chip
- Analogue voltage is proportional to angle to which sensor is exposed
- Modular design makes it easy to adapt sensors to specific requirements
- Single axis measurement range is ±10 degrees, ±30 degrees, ±90 degrees and 0–360 degrees
- Double axis measurement range is ±10 degrees, ±30 degrees and ±90 degrees
- Meets Functional Safety SIL2/PLd
- Energy supply is 5V DC or 10-30V DC
- Provides analog output of 0.5-4.5V or 4-20 mA
- Digital output is CANopen (Safety), RS232
- Features accuracy up to 0.02 degrees depending on model and range
- Includes protection to IP67 (optional IP68 of IP69K)
- Programmability is dependent upon model
