World Ag Expo Exhibitors Showcasing Emissions-Compliant Technologies

Exhibitors at World Ag Expo 2012 will be showcasing several technologies that will help farmers ensure they are meeting the latest emissions regulations.

In keeping with tradition, the latest in agricultural technology will be featured at the world's largest annual agricultural exposition. Since 1968, World Ag Expo has been the place to exhibit the latest in cutting-edge agricultural technology and equipment. This year, 1,400 exhibitors will fill World Ag Expo's 200 acres of show grounds with 2.6 million square feet of exhibits.

Among those exhibitors displaying the latest developments in agricultural machinery at World Ag Expo, is the Quinn Company who will feature an all new Cat K Series small wheel loader. The new loaders, which comply with Tier 4 Interim/Stage IIIB emissions standards, will serve as the official wheel loaders of World Ag Expo.

"Just as World Ag Expo is the focal point for innovations in the agricultural industry, Caterpillar is the leader in machine and emissions technology, making this a perfect pairing," says Kevin Vivian, Quinn Company.

In addition to complying with new standards, the tractor features excellent visibility, extremely low sound levels and easy to use intuitive controls. The optimized Z-bar loader linkage delivers the performance and breakout forces of a traditional Z-bar linkage with the load handling capability of a tool carrier. The Cat K Series models also feature a new Intelligent Hydrostatic Drive System providing adjustable power to the ground and superb ground speed control while delivering fuel savings of up to 30% compared with H Series models.

"World Ag Expo is the place for serious buyers and sellers to be," says Patty Colson, 2012 World Ag Expo chairman. "Companies like Quinn continue to invest time and resources to attend our show because they know World Ag Expo is the place to see the newest advancements in ag equipment and technology."
