European Commission Policy Officer to Give Keynote Address at European Diesel Emissions Conference

Kemal Onel, a policy officer with the European Commission will discuss Europe's progression of sustainable transport and the newly announced Clean Fuel Strategy during his keynote address at the Diesel Emissions Conference Europe.

During the 2013 edition of Diesel Emissions Conference and AdBlue Forum Europe, the keynote address will be given by Kemal Onel, Policy Officer, Clean Transport & Sustainable Urban Mobility Unit, DG Mobility & Transport with the European Commission. The conference is set to take place June 18 to 20, 2013 in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Onel's presentation will focus on how sustainable transport technologies have evolved within recent years in Europe. He will also touch on the European Commission's newly announced Clean Fuel Strategy.

The keynote address will also highlight how Europe has been able to achieve its energy security and climate change targets through improving transport policies.
