LiuGong Machinery Corp. displayed its powerful, productive model 877III wheel loader at the INTERMAT 2012 show in Paris this April. LiuGong has a growing global reputation for advanced engineering, workplace toughness and reliability, and the 877III more than lives up to it.
The 24,500 kg machine features a 10.8 L turbocharged, electrical-control Cummins diesel engine that delivers extra load-carrying power with its 50% torque rise, while keeping fuel-consumption to a minimum. A hydraulically driven, variable speed cooling fan optimizes engine cooling while minimizing fuel consumption. With air-to-air intercooling, the engine runs quiet and clean and meets the tough EU Stage IIIA emissions standards. Available high-capacity pre-cleaner boosts efficiency and extends filter exchange cycle to reduce service time and increase productive time.
The advanced double-pump hydraulic system helps reduce energy loss, keeping power strong and consistent at the bucket for maximum job-site productivity.
LiuGong puts major emphasis on machine intelligence and smooth control. And the 877III is no exception. The single joy-stick hydraulic pilot control enables the operator to completely control the loader, precisely and comfortably with one hand. Emergency back-up steering is standard. Low engine noise, intelligent engineering of structures and advanced noise control materials keep the cab quiet and productive.
Optional ride control takes the bumps out of the ride helping the loader navigate rough terrain smoothly and efficiently with less load loss.
The machine features a ZF automatic transmission and limited-slip front and rear differentials for superior control and efficiency.
The machine is highly versatile, and LiuGong is targeting a range of operations including mining, road construction, building-site excavation, aggregates and general material handling.
