Honda Tests Autonomous Work Vehicle

Honda believes the AWV will be capable of providing a wide range of services to various industries that need a rugged off-road autonomous solution.

Honda has tested the second generation of its prototype Autonomous Work Vehicle (AWV). The fully-electric AWV was put through a range of functions at a large-scale energy construction site.

During the month-long field test the vehicle performed tasks such as towing and transport of materials.
